The City of Palm Coast is attempting to sell the Palm Harbor Golf Course. First round was in 2019/2020 to JDI Developers and that deal thankfully was squashed with JDI giving the City of Palm Coast the driving range. Now it's up for grabs once again.

Flagler County School Board workshop meeting, on January 23, 2024, from 1-4 pm, in room 3, GSB, will discuss the findings of the EMF (electromagnetic field) evaluation of the 4G/5G Cell Tower at Flagler High School. Palm Coast City Council to consider raising the property tax rate by 17% in 2022 as published in the Observer on June 16, 2022.

This tax rate is excessive since the United States of America is in a pending recession and possible depression with inflation at records highs. Maybe this increased tax rate is needed to pay for the increased salaries for the Palm Coast City Council. What do you think?

Funeral services for my husband Lou Vitale will be held at the Flagler Beach Methodist Church at 11:00AM Tuesday, March 8, 2022. His friends and acquaintances are welcome to attend the church service as well as a Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 between 1-5PM.

Two years ago Palm Coast was in negotiations with Jim Jacoby to build 120 apartments on the Palm Harbor Golf Club property. Fierce resistance stopped the project, and now Jacoby is donating to Palm Coast the last remaining land of the golf course not yet in the city's ownership.
