Good morning! ☕
Time to climb back into your million-mile office, 😁 through the construction 🚧, wave at the four-wheelers🚙who think your truck stops like a bicycle 🚲, and pretend your dispatcher isn't about to "just squeeze in one more load!

SEMI DRIVER ACCUSED OF HIDING DASHCAM AFTER DEADLY I-71 CRASH

A 42-year-old semi-truck driver has been charged with felony tampering with evidence following a crash that killed 21-year-old Tobias Forsythe of Gahanna, Ohio.

Ohio State Highway Patrol says Bekhzod Asrarov was driving a Freightliner southbound on I-71 in Madison County shortly after 1:30 a.m. Sunday when the semi struck the rear of Forsythe’s 2025 Honda Accord. Forsythe died at the scene.

According to court records, Asrarov allegedly removed a dash camera from the truck after the crash. Authorities reportedly discovered the camera inside his pocket while he was being transported by ambulance.

Asrarov was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. At this time, the reported charge is related to the alleged removal of the camera—not causing the fatal crash. The investigation remains ongoing. (cwcolumbus.com)
