Toby to the Rescue Toby was rescued by Florida Yorkie Rescue in Nov 2021. He was born with Hydrocephalus & deformed back legs. He is safe & loved!

Toby is now FYR's mascot raising awareness of dogs with special needs & how every life is worth living despite the challenges.
