I hope everyone is enjoying the summer break. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to each one of our ACF Palm Beach County Chefs Association members for your passion, dedication, and commitment to our profession throughout the year.

President Jeff Simms messege.....

Culinary Creations 2026 was a Huge Success!

This year we had veterans of over 15 years and many other chefs with multiple years on the books as well. A special thank you to a few first-time chefs in attendance, we hope to see you back next year! Executive Chef, Chris Park and his Brigade deserve special kudos for the incredible support and hospitality we encountered from arrival and throughout the entire evening! Thanks Chef! Chef Emma Suarez and her students from Lake Worth High are always there for us and this event was no exception!

ACF Palm Beach County is proud to partner with the Quantum House for the last 20 years! It appears this year's event was the most successful yet in terms of fund-raising allowing Greg Quattlebaum and his team to carry on the incredible work they do to support families in need. ACF Palm Beach will benefit as well to continue giving back to our community partners.

ACF Palm Beach County Chefs Association We are pleased to present the bronze winner, Chef Gary Spitnale from Miami Lakes Technical Center and Technical College. Your representation of the SE Region is valued, and we are proud of your achievement in the National Southeast Region. Excellent educational experience at the Convention Center yesterday, featuring President Jeff Simms from The Breakers, and Academy Chef Dominick Laudia. Both, along with other chefs, learned about new ideas to support the growth of the ACF Palm Beach County Chapter.

The American Culinary Federation's Chef Gary Spitnale CEC is now a competitor in the National competition for National Educator Of the year 2026. Chef Gary is grateful for the support of all ACF Chapters, with special thanks to President Thomas Russo from Miami and President Jeff Simms at the Breakers, for their contributions to and support of this event.
