🌞✨ Mental Health is Self Love. Self Love is Survival. Self Love is POWER. ✨🌞
As a mother of my 3 Kings, a Woman Rebuilding, Healing, Creating, and Rising into this new chapter of Life, I’ve learned that protecting our Peace is one of the Greatest acts of strength. 💜
This month is not only Mental Health Awareness Month… it’s also a season of Rebirth for me as I step into my 50th year with more Wisdom, Purpose, Compassion, and Gratitude than ever before. 🌺
We are allowed to rest.
We are allowed to set boundaries.
We are allowed to Heal.
And we are allowed to LIVE Fully and Unapologetically. 🌊☀️

As a mother of my 3 Kings, a woman rebuilding, healing, creating, and rising into this new chapter of life, I’ve learned that protecting our peace is one of the greatest acts of strength. 💜
