🐾 AND A FEW MORE CUNUCU 9/10 FACES FROM TODAY! 🐾
We were so excited to see these sweet faces again! ❤️🥹
These photos were taken today, and there’s just something about seeing them happy, eating, and those little bellies full that makes our hearts smile.
Even though Gina isn’t in Aruba right now, these pups are still very much on our minds and in our hearts. ❤️🐾
The Cunucu 9/10 have certainly left an imprint on us.
They’ve left a paw print on our hearts. 🐾❤️
We’re keeping these sweet pups in our prayers. 🙏
We’re still raising money for dog food, and we’re also in need of dog bowls and something to use for water. If you’d like to donate either, it would be a wonderful way to help the Cunucu 9/10.
Tonight, we’re just smiling knowing those bellies are full and we got another little glimpse of these beautiful pups in Aruba. ❤️🇦🇼

🐾 PUP DATE — GUESS WHO IT IS?! 🐾
THE CUNUCU 9/10! ❤️🐾
I think everyone is going to be happy to see these faces again! 🥹❤️
This was dinner tonight, and just look at that MOUNTAIN of food! Six of the nine are pictured here, happily digging in and enjoying their meal.
With the help of our hands and feet, Miguel, in Aruba, we’re able to keep the feeding mission going for these pups even when Gina isn’t there. And seeing this tonight makes our hearts so happy. ❤️
Full bellies. Happy pups. And the Cunucu 9/10 are doing just fine. 🐾🇦🇼
We’ll keep bringing you little glimpses of them along the way, because we know how much everyone loves seeing them. ❤️

❤️ Let’s remember where Jet’s story started…
Two days ago, we shared a beautiful picture of Randy, formerly Jet, enjoying his happy life. Today, we want to take you back to where his journey began in Aruba.
When Annie’s Faith Foundation found Jet, he had horrible cuts around his neck and desperately needed help. We got him to the vet, where he underwent surgery and received the medical care he needed.
Once he was strong enough, we placed him in a loving foster home where he could continue to heal and be cared for while we worked toward finding him his forever family. ❤️
Those first pictures are difficult to look at, but they are an important part of his story.
Because every happy ending starts somewhere.
From an injured cunucu pup in Aruba who needed someone to step in… to Randy, safe, loved, and living the life he always deserved. 🐾❤️
Let’s never forget where he started and celebrate how far he’s come.

🐾❤️ Randy, a.k.a. Jet — CHECK-IN! ❤️🐾
Look at this happy boy! 🥰 We absolutely LOVE getting updates like this!
Scott shared that Randy is doing amazing. He’s met everyone in the family and has completely fallen in love with his nieces and nephew and he’s even great with their dogs! He’s enjoying plenty of time at the nearby parks, has learned his name, and has great recall. He’s even been to New Hampshire and the Cape! 🐾❤️
Scott says, “He’s such a good boy!!!!” And we couldn’t agree more. 🥹
This is exactly why we believe in second chances. Every one of these dogs deserves the chance to be loved, to feel safe, to explore, to have a family of their own and to finally know what a happy life feels like.
We wish we could give every single one of them the second chance Randy received. ❤️
Happy endings like this remind us why we keep going.
Run free, Randy. You got your happy ending. 🐾🏡❤️

This was right after these seven sweet pups were spayed and neutered. You can see the shaved areas on the females from their surgeries.

Gina was sitting outside at a restaurant while she was in Aruba when this little cunucu pup wandered over.
The pup was incredibly thin, and Gina couldn’t just sit there and ignore it. She shared some of her rice and, for that moment, this little one had a meal.
This is what we see when we’re in Aruba. Dogs wandering everywhere, searching for food, and so many in desperate need of care.
Sometimes it happens in the middle of a rescue mission, and sometimes it happens while sitting outside a restaurant.

🐾 Here’s the Cunucu 9/10 back in April… ❤️
This was five months ago, when Gina first started feeding them.
Just look at them. Emaciated. So incredibly skinny. 💔 You can see every rib, every bone, and you can see just how desperately they needed someone to step in.
Gina started showing up for them bringing food and fresh water, feeding them and slowly earning their trust. She didn’t know exactly where this journey would take her or how many times she would have to come back.
She just knew they were hungry… and she couldn’t walk away.
And that’s where the story of the Cunucu 9/10 began. 🐾❤️
Five months later, we’re still showing up. Still feeding them. Still fighting for them. And still working toward the day when these dogs no longer have to survive on the streets of Aruba.
