A gunman opened fire in a Texas church on Sunday, killing two people and injuring others before two "heroic" congregants shot and killed him at the scene, police said.

Some interesting findings from lawmakers as they look into our security systems currently in place...clearly more work needs to be done!!

A state grand jury found that some school safety plans are held together with nothing more than "chewing gum, duct tape and hope." State lawmakers say they are ready to act to make improvements.

A student stabbed a school resource officer and then that officer shot the student at Oshkosh West High School, according to the Oshkosh Police Chief.
