What an amazing day for Jris’s Helping Boxes! 💙📦

We’re still smiling over the incredible support Jris received at last Saturday’s event! We are so thankful to everyone who stopped by, donated, purchased something from the bake sale, or simply took the time to learn more about his mission.

Because of your generosity, Jris received enough donations to make 25 MORE Helping Boxes — which means 25 more people will receive a box filled with essentials, comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that someone cares. ❤️

A huge thank you to our wonderful event host for giving Jris the opportunity to share his mission, and to everyone who contributed baked goods and helped make the bake sale such a success! 🧁🍪

Big things are happening at the Healing Through Christ Foundation.

As we prepare for new community initiatives, we’re also walking alongside children and families in Brevard County who simply need someone to believe in them.

Right now:
• 10 students are waiting for educational support opportunities.
• 6 families have requested food assistance.
• 15 transitioning or homeless families have requested community support services, including hygiene essentials, Bibles, toys, snacks, children’s activities, socks, and other everyday necessities.

Because of generous supporters like you, we’ve already been able to make a real difference:

🙏🏼 3 students have received educational support.
🙏🏼 2 families have received food assistance.
🙏🏼 Our first summer community outreach event was a success.
🙏🏼 10 transitioning families have been provided essential community support services.

Today was a special day for our Healing Through Christ Foundation family.

One of our youngest, Jris, donated 10 “Jris’s Helping Boxes” to Community of Hope. Each box was prepared with the goal of encouraging and helping those who may be facing difficult circumstances.

What makes this gift so meaningful is the heart behind it. Jris has a genuine love for God and a passion for serving others. He understands that making a difference doesn’t require being an adult, having a lot of money, or doing something grand. Sometimes it simply starts with a willing heart and a desire to show God’s love in a practical way.

At Healing Through Christ Foundation, we believe leadership begins with service, and today Jris demonstrated exactly that. We are incredibly proud of his compassion, generosity, and willingness to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

Last nights Homeschool & Education Options Night was an incredible success. It was great seeing so many families, churches, educators, vendors, and community members come together to learn more about homeschooling, scholarships, hybrid programs, and educational opportunities available in our community.
