Today, the community came together to open the door to affordable homeownership.

We had the joy of celebrating Mariah and her daughter Ava during their home dedication for our first 3D-printed affordable home, along with the ribbon cutting ceremony for our partner home with Macedonia CDC.

Every moment today was a reminder of what’s possible when a community shows up and works together to create hope and opportunity for families.

We are deeply grateful to our community partners who made this milestone possible: Wells Fargo, City of Melbourne, FL - Government, Community Foundation for Brevard, Space Coast Association of Realtors Foundation, LLG Architecture, Macedonia CDC and Apis Cor.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to believe in our mission of building homes, communities, and hope in Brevard.

Join us tomorrow for a special Home Dedication & Community Partnership Celebration!

Space Coast Habitat is opening doors to affordable homeownership with the unveiling of our first 3D-printed home and presenting the keys to the Humphries family!

Celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Macedonia CDC partnership home and recognize the incredible supporters, partners, and organizations helping make affordable housing opportunities possible in our community.

With her home dedication just days away, Mariah recently completed her final walkthrough, learning the ins and outs of her new home and getting ready for move in day.

This walkthrough is one of the final steps in the homeownership journey, helping ensure homeowners feel confident and prepared as they take ownership of their home.

We're looking forward to celebrating with her on Tuesday as she receives the keys and officially begins this exciting new chapter. 🔑

We’re celebrating some big milestones in our Space Coast Habitat family! 🎓🏡

This year, three Habitat kids graduated high school, and another will be starting 5th grade this fall. Watching these kids grow, work hard, and reach new goals is such a special reminder of why affordable homeownership matters.

Congratulations to our graduates, and good luck to our rising 5th grader this school year. We’re so proud of all of you and can’t wait to see what’s next!
