Country Estates Homeowners Association, Palm Bay, Unit 48 Country Estates HOA is located in Palm Bay, Florida. Unit 48. Comprised of concerned citizens working to keep our neighborhoods clean & safe.

We welcome new members. Meets at City Hall in the new building the first Wednesday of each month. Anyone is welcome to come to to the meeting, you do not have to be a paid member to attend. Membership is $25.00 per year. Membership dues cover the maintenance of our sign, non-profit dues to the State Of Florida, stamps for flyer mail outs etc...

Hurricane season begins June 1, and now is the time to prepare.

One of the most important things you can do before a storm is make sure you know where to find official information. The City of Palm Bay will share updates on closures, service changes, road conditions, emergency information, and recovery efforts through our website and official social media channels.

Residents are also encouraged to sign up for AlertBrevard to receive emergency notifications by phone, text, or email.

• Fill in your personal information and make sure to select (Palm Bay) in the City/Town section

• Get notifications based on the addresses you provide

• Choose from telephone, text, or email alerts
