All participants must be AAU members and TTY Members.
AAU Membership will provide insurance for each athlete and is required to participate.
TTY Membership grants you access to Athletic Training sessions at $5/hr.
A large majority of sessions will consist of: Training sessions and Scrimmage time.
We utilize ‘situational’ basketball training as well to improve Basketball IQ

All participants must be AAU members...we will register you if you are not already with an organization. If you are with an AAU team just provide your number to receive the rate.

We train student-athletes’, we do have travel teams but those are separate sessions...and invitation only. HARD WORK earns a spot on our travel teams. Our training sessions are open to everyone regardless of team affiliation.

This is an opportunity to participate in technical athletic skill development to increase their basketball IQ. We teach the footwork, body positioning, and pace associated with a basic effective “moves”

We have solidified our partnership with the School District of Osceola County, and our events will be at a local school near you in the upcoming weeks. We are providing opportunities for our community's young people.

Basketball workout at Mill Run Park @330. We will do some ball handling and 1 and 2 dribble attack moves...then play. Come get some work in.
