GVHR's programs create meaningful connections between children and horses while fostering personal growth, leadership, and compassion.

The Palisade Sunday Farmer’s Market returns this Sunday, June 7th! 🌿🍅☀️

We hope everyone is able to come out, shop local, and support the many amazing vendors and member businesses that help make our community so special. From fresh produce and baked goods to handmade items and artisan crafts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

A little while ago, we had the opportunity to attend the ribbon cutting for the new Fruita Colorado Welcome Center and wow, what an incredible addition to our region!

Even as mostly Colorado natives, it was so fun to step into a space we may not have otherwise sought out and discover just how much there is to learn, experience, and explore across our state. From interactive exhibits and games for kids to helpful itinerary builders for adventures on the Western Slope and beyond, this space truly has something for everyone.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and the entire center does an amazing job showcasing the beauty, culture, and adventure Colorado has to offer. If you’re passing through Fruita or planning your next Colorado adventure, definitely make a stop and check it out! 🌄📍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Lunch & Learn with CommWest focused on Cyber Security!

We had a great time connecting with local professionals and community members while learning valuable information about protecting businesses, personal information, and digital systems in today’s ever-changing online world.

A special thank you to CommWest for sharing their expertise and leading such an informative and engaging discussion. We also want to thank the newly renovated and reopened Mesa County Libraries Palisade Branch for hosting us in their beautiful updated space!

We’re grateful to everyone who attended and helped make this Lunch & Learn such a success. We love creating opportunities for our community to learn, connect, and grow together!
