Why do we do the Grand Valley Yoga Fest?

We do it to give back to our community. Every ticket sale directly impacts mental health and su***de awareness programs in the Grand Valley.

We are so GRATEFUL for those have served us either through the military or as a first responder so we want to offer a FREE yoga class at the Grand Valley Yoga Fest just for you 🇺🇸🚑🚒

The class is for all veterans and first responders at any fitness ‘level’. All are welcome and will be led by the amazing Christine Moore 🙏

We are excited to bring Sarah Hutchinson to the Grand Valley Yoga Fest for 2026 🙏

Sarah is a RN, a Wellness Educator, multi-certified yoga and meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Her decades of work in Western medicine carried her through many seasons of care—from birth to end of life—including midwifery, oncology, emergency medicine, and long-term care.

Sarah has seen firsthand that modern science and traditional healing wisdom are not mutually exclusive, but powerful partners in healing.

She studies and retreats regularly in India and lives on the Grand Mesa in Western Colorado. A mother, grandmother, and cat lover 🐈 Sarah teaches Ayurveda, breath-based movement, mantra and meditation to support nervous system balance, conscious aging, and vibrant living.
