Tonight, Palestine Lodge 31 was honored to present Past Master Harold Glover the Golden Trowel Award.
The highest award for a Master Mason to be earned!

It was a high honor for me to be the one to present PM Glover with his certificate, for he and I were neighbors at one point. We stood at the fence line many times engaged in conversation, some of which were " how can I become a Mason ? " . So going from just a guy asking about Masonry to ultimately being a part of the presentation, makes me very happy!

Here's to a Brother who is the epitome of what being a Master Mason is all about. Please join me in congratulating Brother Harold Glover on receiving the Golden Trowel

Fraternally, Michael Schattel -WM

It was a great day to have the 5th annual "Palestine Masonic Lodge # 31 Phil Fenton Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament".

We had a good turnout for a good cause. Dave Brooks and Harold Glover, both Past Masters of Palestine Lodge 31, do a wonderful job spearheading this golf tournament each year.

A big thanks to Palestine Wildcat Golf Course for letting us use their place to have this event. And also to All-Star Ford for putting up one of their Broncos for a potential take home with a " Hole in one"

Hat presentation: passing through the hands of the ones who have supported me from the start..
This hat was purchased from the London based co. Swaine. The very company that made all of Harrison Ford's hats for the Indiana Jones movies
