Exciting news!!! We sold EVERY lobster dinner ticket! So, we're planning on 100 people for the dinner on Saturday! If you can come help with any aspect of the dinner, please meet us at the legion at 2:00 p.m.

Thank you ladies for all of the hard work put into getting the baked goods ready for this past Saturday and for manning the tables during Palermo Days. Next up, the Lobster dinner this coming Saturday, Aug. 16. For the dessert, we agreed to make blueberry cake. If you are able to contribute (I know that a couple of us have already volunteered), it would be appreciated. We will also need all hands on deck for Saturday to help set up, cook, serve, and clean up. If you can help with any of the stages, please stop by the Legion. Once the legionnaires have decided on a time, I'll let you know.

Meeting reminder for tonight at 7:00 p.m. We'll be talking about the upcoming Potluck Dinner, the Lobster Dinner in July, and how many tickets we need to sell for the August raffle.

The hall is back in order following our two weekends of yard sales. Next up...the Potluck Dinner on Saturday, July 19. Dishes (your choice) and desserts will be needed. We did not determine particular desserts, so perhaps we can just bring what we're feeling on that day!

Here are some highlights of our upcoming yard sale...we have some vintage porcelain dolls, a Noritake Dish Set, children's clothing, lots of books, chairs, stools, a couch, 3 bathroom sinks, and more!

More items arrived this morning! We also wanted to highlight that someone has donated a wood stove. Info below.

The baked goods are also coming in. Varieties of whoopie pies, cupcakes, cookies, and more will be available. The vets will be selling hot dogs, chips, and a drink for lunch!
