Do you have a passion for agriculture, animals, and mentoring young people? We’re looking for a Barn Assistant to help support our ranch operations and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the boys we serve.

This position involves working with horses and livestock, maintaining ranch facilities, assisting with agricultural programs, and helping create hands-on learning opportunities for our boys each day.

At Rodeheaver Boys Ranch, this is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to invest in the next generation while doing work that matters.

No two days at the Ranch are exactly the same. One day our boys may be caring for animals in the barn, the next they may be out on the water, learning teamwork, responsibility, and perseverance. Other days are spent developing life skills that will help them succeed far beyond their time here.

While the activities may change, our mission never does.

Each day, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where boys can grow in confidence, character, and purpose. Through mentorship, hands on experiences, faith, and encouragement, we help equip young men with the tools they need for a brighter future.

We believe in the power of prayer, and we’re excited to announce that every Tuesday will be Prayer Tuesday at Rodeheaver Boys Ranch!

Each week, we’ll come together as a community to pray for our boys, staff, families, supporters, and anyone in need of prayer. We would also love for YOU to be part of this special time.

✝️What a blessing it was to welcome Grace Fellowship to Rodeheaver Boys Ranch!✝️

We are so thankful for the opportunity to worship together and share a wonderful time of fellowship with our boys. A special thank you to Pastor Terry Wright for delivering an inspiring message from God’s Word and encouraging everyone in attendance.

We are grateful for churches like Grace Fellowship that take the time to invest in the lives of our young men through their presence, prayers, and support. Your partnership and love make a lasting impact, and we deeply appreciate your ministry to our boys.

BRETT CORLEY ✨

Brett has been a valued staff member here at the ranch for 11 months. His favorite part of the job is helping build up the boys, supporting staff, and turning daily challenges into meaningful growth opportunities. When he’s not hard at work, he enjoys goofing off whenever he gets the chance to. One of Brett’s favorite bible verses is Matthew 6:34, a reminder to focus on today and trust
God with tomorrow.
