Palatka Blue Crab Festival, 2012 Ducks for Bucks River Race, on the St Johns River

2012 Winners are:

4th place - Larry Hopkins, Green Cove Springs
3rd place - Laura Eby, Palatka.

Grand prize 1st place - Mary Kay Engelking, Palatka.

Biggest winner - Citizens of Putnam County in need of help. Ducks for Bucks race has been rescheduled for this Saturday, June 2nd, noon time, Palatka riverfront. Come on down and root for your duck!

As Lions, we should fully support this organization. The son of a fellow worker lost 100% of his sight in an accident. He is 20 years old and his new approach to life is such an inspiration. He's working to raise money for the Southeastern Guide Dogs program. If he raises $3500, he gets to name a dog. Please help and make a donation, no matter how large or small. There is a greater need for this service than most of us will ever know. So, please help him out! Thanks from Lion April
