This exciting, free event features a diverse range of vendors and crucial information to empower individuals with disabilities in our community to tackle any emergency.

❄️ Cold Weather Shelter ❄️

The Putnam County Caring Coalition is offering Cold Weather Shelter January 21-24, 2025 from 7pm-7am at Westminster Hall (across the street from First Presbyterian Church downtown Palatka) at 126 South 2nd Street, Palatka. With the current forecast, temperatures will be at or near freezing. If it’s still cold at 7 am people can stay longer until the weather improves.

Urgent needs are VOLUNTEERS and new or gently used sleeping bags, blankets, breakfast bars, protein bars, individual snack items, coffee, sugar, ramen noodles, microwaveable soups, paper products—bowls, plates, plastic silverware and napkins. Cots and showers are available upon request.

Donations of any amount may be dropped off at First Presbyterian Church office, 123 S. 2nd Street, Palatka. If you would like to volunteer or have any questions please reach out to Georgia at 609-865-6706.
