Project SEARCH Project SEARCH: Preparing people with significant disabilities for success in competitive integrated

Project SEARCH is a 9-month unpaid internship that is focused on an outcome of competitive employment and independence. With the hope of making at least minimum wage after completion of the program. Beck Automotive's Project SEARCH program is geared towards adults ages 18 and up with significant disabilities that have been unsuccessful in obtaining or maintaining competitive employment in the past

. Interns get the opportunity to learn a variety of different job skills as they rotate through three 9-week internships. Interns receive on-site support and continuous feedback given from mentors and managers of the host business as well as the Project SEARCH Instructor and Skills Trainer.
