The Friends of the Library’s Fall book sale is almost upon us!

The sale will be open this weekend for three days, from Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th. An admission fee of five dollars will be charged for Friday entry, and on Sunday, all regular items are half off!

Each dollar you spend will go to the Friends of the Library, which in turn supports the library. It’s a great way to add to your collection while giving back!

We hope to see you there!

Have you visited the Zine Garden yet?

The Zine Garden is still up on the first floor of the Main Library, next to our workshop and media spaces. You can pick and read any zine you like. From short stories to instructional manuals, there is something for everyone!

Thank you so much to all who donated your zines! This display would not have been possible without your generosity and creativity!

And don’t forget: The Palatine Library Book Sale begins today! It’s a great way to add to your home collection while giving back to the library! Hope to see you there!

Have you visited this year's Storywalk?

This year's Storywalk had a warm opening last month, and it will stay up through the summer. It is a great place to bring your kids and introduce them to the joys of reading while being active!

Thank you so much to all of our donors and sponsors for making this year of Storywalk such a success! This wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for your generosity!

Summer is almost here, and that means the Palatine Library District Summer Reading Program is just around the corner!

This year, we have decided to sponsor the event! As such, we added a few things to this year's prize baskets, including an Owala water bottle and a LEGO Set.

Summer reading begins June 1st. We hope you join us, and we thank you for the support that made our gift basket contributions possible!

If you wish to give us a donation, please follow the link: https://www.ppldf.org/makeadonation.html
