The Palacios Community Hub

10/07/2026

12 years of showing up for our community. ❤️
We may not have complete numbers from all 12 years, but we know this: in just the last 6 full years, the Hub documented 40,316 services — growing from 1,943 in 2020 to 13,299 in 2025.
That's real help, real people and real impact right here at home.
For our 12th birthday, will you give $12 for 12 Years and help us keep growing? 💙

🎉🎂 TODAY WE ARE 12! 🎂🎉

Happy Birthday to the Palacios Community Hub!

Today marks 12 years of opening doors, solving problems, trying new things, building partnerships, bringing people together and doing our best to say “How can we help?” whenever someone walks through our doors. ❤️

And today, we celebrate YOU, too.

Because there is no Hub without the community that believes in it.

If you’d like to give us a birthday present, we’re asking for something simple:

💙 $12 for 12 years.

Give $12 once, or make it $12 each month and help carry the Hub into year 13 and beyond.

And then come celebrate with us!

Before you head to bed tonight, we have one little birthday wish. 💙

Tomorrow, the Palacios Community Hub turns 12 years old.

Twelve years ago, no one could have known exactly what the Hub would become — how many people would walk through our doors, how many programs would begin, how many partnerships would form, or how many times someone would come in simply needing a little help figuring out what came next.

And here we are. ❤️

Tomorrow we’ll have cake and plenty of celebrating, but tonight we’re asking you to help us start our birthday with something special.

Will you give $12 for our 12th birthday?

Or, if you’d like to make an impact that lasts beyond our birthday, choose $12 a month.

Imagine waking up tomorrow and seeing just how many people decided that the Hub was worth twelve dollars. 🥹

Every gift — every single one — says, “Keep going.”

And we plan to. 💙💚💛

🎂 12 years. $12. Help us start our birthday with a reason to celebrate.

🎉 TOMORROW WE TURN 12! 🎉

For 12 years, the Palacios Community Hub has been a place where neighbors help neighbors — connecting people with resources, education, support, opportunities, and sometimes simply a place to belong. 💙

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7th, we’d love for you to stop by and celebrate this milestone with us!

🎂 Cake & Punch | 11 AM–1 PM
🎈 Come & go — stay five minutes or stay awhile!

And in honor of our 12th birthday, we have one birthday wish: $12 for 12 years.

If the Hub has helped you, someone you love, or simply made you proud to see what’s possible in our community, would you consider celebrating with a $12 gift?

Even better, you can choose to make it $12 a month and become part of the support that keeps this work going all year long. ❤️

Twelve dollars may seem small, but when a whole community gives together, $12 can become something pretty incredible.

So tomorrow, come have a piece of cake with us, celebrate how far we’ve come, and help us begin the next 12 years strong.

🥳 12 years. $12. One incredible community.

We’re almost there! 🎉❤️

This Wednesday, October 7, the Palacios Community Hub celebrates 12 YEARS of serving our community! 🌈

To celebrate, we’re asking our friends, neighbors, and supporters to join our $12 for 12 Years campaign.

💙 Give $12 in honor of 12 years
💗 Become a $12/month supporter
💛 Or give $120 (or whatever amount feels right!)

Our goal is to raise $12,000 by December 31, helping us continue the programs, resources, outreach, and support that reach thousands of people throughout our rural communities each year.

Twelve dollars may not seem like much—but when a whole community comes together, $12 can become something pretty incredible.

🎉 12 Years. $12. One Community.
Help us start our anniversary week strong!

💙 12 Years. $12 a Month. One Community.
As we celebrate 12 years of the Palacios Community Hub, we keep thinking about what made those 12 years possible: people who believe in their community and choose to support it.
So for our 12th anniversary, we're asking you to consider something simple:
Will you give $12 a month to the Hub?
That's it. $12.
Maybe it's one lunch out. A couple of coffees. But when neighbors throughout our community each commit $12 a month, those small gifts become something BIG.
They help us keep staff traveling to rural communities through Hub on the Road. They help families navigate resources. They support education, job skills, wellness programs, children and families, and all those unexpected needs that walk through our doors every single day.
Our anniversary goal is to raise $12,000 by the end of 2026, and our monthly donors can help us build something even more important along the way: steady support we can count on as we head into year 13.
💗 $12 a month.
💗 $144 a year.
💗 A difference that lasts far beyond our anniversary.
If the Hub has helped you, someone you love, or simply made you proud of the community you call home, we'd be honored to have you join us.

Thank you for believing in what we're building together.
12 Years. One Community. A Brighter Tomorrow. 🌈❤️
