Our Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) has a ✨NEW✨ name ➡️ Ohio Career Launch!

☑️Ohio Career Launch is a FREE employment and training program for eligible young adults. It provides personalized support to help young people explore careers, build skills, and connect with services.

☑️Ohio Career Launch coaches work one-on-one with participants to help them overcome challenges, build confidence, and find jobs and education that match their goals. The program’s mission is to give young adults practical tools and steady guidance so they can build a stable, successful future.

💫Who is eligible?
You may be eligible if you are ages 14-24 and one or
more of the following:
• Low-income
• A parent, with or without custody
• Pregnant
• Currently or formerly in foster care
• Homeless or a runaway
• A minor or an adult living with minors
• Person with a disability
• Need a GED or high school diploma
• Receive Ohio Works First cash assistance
• Need help with reading or math skills

🎉 Help us congratulate these amazing women- Kim and Kelly - for completing our Getting Ahead Program led by our very own Sarah Welch!

Through exploring individual barriers and their impact on the community, participants are encouraged to assess their own readiness and desire for change. Throughout the program, participants build the resources, skills, and supportive relationships needed to overcome barriers and work toward greater self-sufficiency.

This 16-week program places practical tools, meaningful connections, and support directly in the hands of participants, empowering them to take an active role in creating positive and lasting changes in their own lives.

🎉 Since starting the program, Kim and Kelly are now both employed full time! Kim has also started school!

We are so proud of you amazing, inspiring women!
