Thank you so much Lake County Captains for inviting the HOLA Folkloric Dancers to perform on the field tonight! It was fun to be a part of the experience at Captain's Stadium. Our dancers faced the cold and wind with grace and fortitude. Thank you also for the Community Champions recognition 🎉⚾️😊

Have you ever wanted to learn basic conversational Spanish? HOLA has partnered with Buyers Products Company to offer Spanish classes to the public at no cost. Our first cohort last semester was a success; the classes are fun and interactive! They will be held at the Buyers Tech Center Training Room, 8200 Tyler Blvd, Mentor, OH, 44060. 🌼Breakfast and lunch are available today at HOLA until 1:30 p.m. Today's special is Tacos al V***r (steamed tacos), a popular Mexican street food. The platter comes with three tacos filled with beans, cheese and potato. They are dipped in salsa, wrapped, and steamed, served with a slaw and salsa to contrast the melt-in-your-mouth texture. $12 and includes drink of choice. Stop in and try this delicious specialty! We also have small-batch tamales today, chilaquiles, breakfast tacos and burritos and more! You can also call in your order at 440.210.4222. We will be closed Monday.

The Painesville Hometown Heroes Banner Program honors current and former local military service members by displaying personalized banners on city light poles from Memorial Day through Veterans Day. HOLA Ohio is proud to sponsor the first two Latino military service members from Painesville for this program, both of whom are part of the HOLA family: Marcial Rodriguez is U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Cristian Ramos is active duty Navy. We are inspired by their service. We thank all of our military personnel, and on this Memorial Day we join the country in honoring the fallen.
