🌞 Good morning. The HOLA kitchen is open today serving a variety of breakfast and lunch items, all fresh, homemade, and made to order. Try a huarache with our homemade chorizo, beans and nopales con papas, or a breakfast burrito wrapped in a soft, homemade flour tortilla. Enjoy it with a champurrado or cafe de olla. We have chilaquiles verdes o rojos that come with over easy eggs, beans and topped with cheese, crema, onion and cilantro. Stop by and check out our menu! The ladies are ready to serve you. 😊

🏵 Meet the newest addition to HOLA's Día de Mu***os display: a handmade papier-mâché Xoloitzcuintli (skeleton dog). Our talented community artists have been working on him for several weeks. When completed, he'll be standing guard next to our Catrinas and Catrin. In Mexican folklore, faithful canine companions serve as spiritual guides. Stop by and see our community ofrenda in person!

It's Wednesday so the HOLA Kitchen is open. Stop in for a traditional Mexican breakfast. The ladies made homemade chorizo that's packed with flavor. It's made with premium ingredients and a delicious balance of spices. Try it with huevos con chorizo and beans on the side, and handmade tortillas still warm from the griddle.
