Have you ever wanted to be friends with a pig? 🐷💜
To earn a cow’s trust until they lean into your scratches? To have a duck recognize you as the friend who brings peas? 🦆🫛
Those relationships grow when you show up. You learn their names, their personalities, and what helps them feel safe. And somewhere between cleaning their rooms, scrubbing water troughs, and serving breakfast, you become part of their world.
A few hours every other week can help us care for 250+ residents and give you a place to connect with animals you may have only known from a passing glance.
You’ll find human friends here, too. Through shared chores, community gatherings, and the everyday stories we share, we make room for y’all to belong. 🤝
🍂 Join us for volunteer orientation this Saturday, October 17! Chris will take you on a tour, introduce you to our residents, and share how two volunteers on a half-acre grew into this community on 95 acres.
📍 We’re about 50 minutes east of Austin. A little countryside time, then a chance to give back.
