🌱 A big thank you to our local Future Farmers of America students and their Advisor, Mr. Garrett Fong!

They spent the morning at GGP tackling a BIG project — cleaning all of the floating rafts for our aquaponics growing beds in the Innovation Dome.

The rafts are now clean, stacked, and ready for the next steps as we continue working to reset the dome and prepare it to get back up and growing.

We’re so grateful for the hard work, energy, and helping hands these students brought to GGP. It’s always exciting to see young people getting involved in agriculture right here in our community.

💧 A huge thank you to Perez Water Hauling !

Perez Water Hauling generously donated AND delivered 1,800 gallons of water to help replenish the aquaponics system in our Innovation Dome.

We’ve been working hard this year to reset the dome and get it ready for what comes next. Our goal is to have the space prepared so that when geothermal functionality is restored, we’re ready to get growing again!

We are incredibly grateful to Perez Water Hauling for stepping up and supporting GGP. Partnerships like this are such a wonderful reminder of how fortunate we are to be part of a community that shows up for one another.

And if you find yourself in need of water hauling, we hope you’ll consider supporting the folks who so generously supported us — Perez Water Hauling!

Last week, Dolly Parton quotes appeared in colorful chalk all up and down the Riverwalk—what a beautiful surprise! This one outside of the Community Dome- "You can be rich in spirit, kindness, love, and all those things you can't put a dollar sign on."

Breakfast with Balloons is back!

Join us Saturday, September 19 for one of Pagosa’s most colorful mornings of the year.

Watch hot air balloons drift over the San Juan River while enjoying a farm-to-table breakfast, mimosas, and live music from TOTALLY HAPPY CAMPERS — all while supporting the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership.

We’re looking for someone to help with outdoor maintenance around the GGP site, including w**d eating, general cleanup, and helping us keep the grounds cared for.

This is a paid position with flexible, as-needed work.

Join us Wednesday evening for our Community Work Day. There will be different ways to help for a range of interests and abilities—and you’re welcome to drop in just to say hello or stay for the whole evening.

No experience or long-term commitment needed. Come meet some neighbors, see what’s growing, and help us care for the community greenhouses.

Everyone is welcome, and there will be a variety of ways to participate for different interests and abilities. Come ready to lend a hand, drop in just to say hello, or stay for the whole evening—there’s no pressure and no experience needed.

Together, we’ll care for our community greenhouses, connect with neighbors, and enjoy some time in the garden.
