🌿 New This June at the Pagosa Springs Community Center! 🌿

We are excited to welcome Linda Jaros, Founder of Life Breath Wellness and Certified Behavioral Breath Coach, to the Community Center this month.

With more than 40 years of experience in rehabilitation, movement, and hands-on care, Linda is passionate about helping individuals improve their overall well-being through breath awareness and mindful movement. Her classes focus on recognizing dysfunctional breathing patterns, restoring natural breathing, and strengthening the connection between the breath, body, and nervous system.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve physical performance, increase energy, or simply learn practical tools for better health, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn from an experienced professional right here in Pagosa Springs.
