After a period of reflection and planning, the George Wilson S.A.F.E.T.Y. Foundation is thrilled to announce our return, stronger and more committed than ever to serving our community.
Founded in 2010 by Paducah native and former NFL standout George Wilson, our mission has always been to Save Adolescents From the Everyday Trials of Youth. Through life skills education, mentorship, and community engagement, we've positively impacted over 60,000 students across Buffalo, Nashville, and Paducah.
In recognition of his unwavering dedication, George was honored as Paducah's Citizen of the Year in 2024. This accolade celebrates his continuous efforts to uplift and inspire, including hosting annual youth leadership retreats, football camps, and after-school programs.
Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be an exciting year for the Foundation. We have several innovative projects in development, aimed at deepening our impact and expanding our reach. Stay tuned in the coming weeks as we unveil these initiatives and share how you can get involved.
We are profoundly grateful for the steadfast support from our community. As we renew our commitment to our mission, we are eager to foster stronger connections and engage with you more actively. Together, we can create a safer, more nurturing environment for our youth.
Help us spread the word about the promising year ahead for the George Wilson S.A.F.E.T.Y. Foundation.
