AAA Stow-A-Way, LLC is seeking a full time customer service representative to join our fast paced office environment located at 925 Joe Clifton Drive. This position requires an individual willing to continually learn and expand their knowledge about our operations. This position includes but is not limited to: answering and assisting customers in office face to face as well as with a multi-line phone system, accepting various forms of payment both in office, over telephone, and online, discussing and executing rental agreements with new customers electronically in office, over the phone, online, or via mobile app, collections of past due rent, auditing and correcting current and past storage records, data entry, renting moving box trucks (all elements of weather).
Work hours would be between:
M-F 7:30-5:30
Pay is competitive with the current market and will be discussed based on your past experience and knowledge.

Must be fully comfortable with technology and working as a team. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
