Meet Our Panelist: Dr. Mindy Smith!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Mindy Smith to our panel for Future of Work: AI, HR, and What Comes Next!

Dr. Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and currently serves as the Human Resources Operations Supervisor at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership.

Her extensive background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, and a Doctorate in Leadership. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and Project Management Professional. In addition to her professional work, Dr. Smith serves as an adjunct Human Resources instructor at Liberty University.

With her wealth of experience in HR, leadership, education, and workforce development, Dr. Smith will bring valuable insight to our conversation about how technology and AI are changing the workplace.

We’re excited to have Allen Waddell, Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB), joining us for Future of Work: AI, HR, and What Comes Next!

Allen has been part of the CFSB team since 2012 and holds a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics from the University of Kentucky. He is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and serves on the Kentucky SHRM State Council.

Allen brings a practical, people-first perspective to the conversation, with a focus on embracing innovation while keeping human judgment and relationships at the heart of HR.
