Ready to feel more confident in the kitchen? Join Cooking Up Confidence, our free cooking class series designed to help you prepare healthy, delicious meals for yourself and your family.

This class series is designed for family participation, making it a great opportunity to cook, learn, and build healthy habits together.

Participants will enjoy a fun, hands-on experience, learn basic kitchen skills, discover ways to substitute ingredients, and receive fresh produce through FoodShare after each class.

Class Dates: June 9 & 16, July 21 & 28
Start Time: 6:30 PM
Format: In-person or virtual

The program is open to individuals, families, and community members of all skill levels.

Join us for a fun morning at the Benjamin E. Mays Family Center! Enjoy a lively game of Bingo starting around 9:30 AM, with chances to win prizes. Lunch will be served at approximately 11:30 AM, and coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the morning.
