YUTEP

Come develop community based projects to work on environmental justice and environmental health problems in the Northeast San Fernando Valley.

We're looking for dedicated youth that take pride in their community and are ready to create change. Pacoima Beautiful is a bilingual, multicultural, and community-based, non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We focus on Pacoima, a disadvantaged community in the Northeast San Fernando Valley in the County of Los Angeles. PB helps residents become informed, active members in their communities, that are

able to solve environmental issues within their neighborhoods and serve as advocates for positive change.

🌱✨ Last night’s session took us deep into the roots of our food systems! We explored how agriculture shapes the planet and how we can all make a difference in creating a more sustainable and equitable food future. Together, we created a web that represented how interconnected our food systems are. 🌾🌍
