We warm-heartedly invite our community, friends and family to gather for a special afternoon of reflection, celebration, and fellowship.

Special Tribute: Honoring Kiyo Fukumoto, WWII Heart Mountain Incarceration Camp survivor.

Nobody cooks a steak quite like the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center! 🥩🔥 What a fantastic night bringing everyone together for good food and even better company. Wrapping it up with root b**r floats was the ultimate sweet treat! 🍨🥤 Huge thank you to all the volunteers and organizers who made it happen! 🙌✨

JACL opposes the recently proposed changes to the upcoming 2030 Census. These changes would disenfranchise millions and weaken the government's and organizations' ability to support communities both nationally and locally. We urge the Census Bureau to reject this plan to preserve an accurate count and ensure everyone is represented.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our SFV JACL Sing-Along Social this past weekend!

The ABAsonics did an incredible job taking us back through the decades with music that had everyone singing along and out of their seats dancing. 🎤✨

A very special thank you to the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center Sunday Night Volleyball Club for hosting their Bake Sale Fundraiser and providing such delicious treats for everyone to enjoy. 🧁🏐

We loved spending the afternoon with you all and hope to bring more events like this to you in the future!
