Livable Packwood

Livable Packwood Washington non-profit enabling residents to live, work & thrive in Packwood and East Lewis County, despite economic status.

Livable Packwood is group of local residents who have organically come together around a common idea: the acute need for affordable housing options in the Packwood area. We believe that all community members should have a stable place to call home, and that when there are housing options for everybody, we all benefit. We are seeing evidence that those who want to live here are increasingly unable

to afford to do so. We are losing our workforce (current and potential), our neighbors, and our friends. If we do not address housing in the Packwood area, the town we love will eventually be lost. We are highly motivated to find solutions!

Older adults in Lewis and Mason counties should act now for the chance at a benefit card. Both counties are quickly running out, too.
