We had a nice group spruce up Rotary Plaza this morning. Charlie Simpson here only for the day & helped. He’s immediately returning to Pasadena for fire cleanup.

We know some members appeared at the beach also today.

Today was “The Walk” and Rotary Club of Pacifica did 3 miles with thousands of others passionate about ending Alzheimers. So fun AND incredibly moving. The fabulous Reggie Aqui was our Emcee and Jennifer Jones joined him on stage. Even ran into Gary Chow! Thank you to ALL who contributed. It was a smashing success 💜

Thank you, Councilmember Mary Bier and Cindy Abbott, for introducing us to the collaborative project “Art for a More Peaceful and Just Community”. This project includes a variety of art forms to address intolerance, hate, fear with the intention to foster inclusion, understanding and a peaceful approach to differences.
