From the tips of their wet noses to the wags of their tails, the Kiawanda Community Center wishes all of our four-legged friends a pawsitively wonderful National Dog Day! 🐕❤️

🐾 Extra-long walks with LOTS of sniffing stops
🐿️ Squirrels to chase (but never actually catch!)

🚗 Pup cups at every drive-thru
🎾 Balls that magically keep getting thrown

Sound Bowl Sundays offer a peaceful, restorative sound experience at the Kiawanda Community Center. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while crystal sound bowls are played to create layered sound vibrations designed to support deep relaxation and stress reduction.
Sound bowl sessions are non-invasive, low-impact, and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. No movement, meditation experience, or special equipment is required—just come as you are and rest.
These sessions are intended to support relaxation and well-being. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
What to Expect:
• A calm, quiet environment
• Crystal sound bowls played throughout the session
• Time to rest, breathe, and reset
• All levels welcome
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or blanket
• Pillow or eye mask (optional)
• Warm layers for comfort

Kiawanda Community Center
When: Tonight! 8/9/26 @6:30-7:30pm (In time to watch the sunset after, btwn 8:10 - 8:21pm!)
