Due to the forecasted severe cold, we will be hosting our weekly food distribution tomorrow, Friday, February 6 at 1:30 PM, near our office at 81st Street and 101st Avenue.

Due to ongoing freezing temperatures, icy conditions, and the possibility of additional snow this weekend, the Ozone Park Pantry will be closed this Saturday. Temperatures are expected to stay below freezing all week, with Saturday’s forecast around 19 degrees, making conditions unsafe for our volunteers and the people we serve.

With freezing temperatures expected, and out of care for the safety of our volunteers and the neighbors we serve, the Ozone Park Pantry will not be open this Saturday, January 24.

To continue serving the community, we will instead be open Friday, January 23 at 2 p.m. at our usual location.

Starting this Saturday at 10:15 a.m., and every Saturday going forward, the pantry will be open.

We are no longer operating on Thursdays. If you know someone who usually comes, please let them know.

The Ozone Park Pantry will be closed today, Thursday, July 31st, due to the severe weather forecast. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. With thunderstorms and flooding expected later today, this decision was made out of concern for everyone’s safety. The pantry will reopen next week as usual.

Another Saturday, another day of showing up for our community. The Ozone Park Pantry was busy as always, with volunteers working hard to make sure families had access to fresh produce, dry goods, canned goods, and proteins. Even with Ramadan underway, some of our team members were fasting and still putting in the work without hesitation.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, community partners, and supporters who help keep this operation running.
