We are a band of brothers who seek to serve our fellow man and improve our community. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.

Funeral services will be 3 pm Wednesday, at Crestwood Chapel, for MW Brother Jerry M. Underwood, age 75, of Wellington, who died Sunday, February 13, 2022. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home announcing.

Brother Jerry was a lifelong resident of Etowah County. A Christian and longtime member of Websters Chapel Baptist Church. He was past Grand Master of F & AM of Alabama from 1998-1999 and also served as Secretary/Executive Director for 13 years. He was member of Glencoe Masonic Lodge # 846. He retired from Anniston Army Depot. He enjoyed working on the farm and anything small engine related. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by parents Harold and Annie Underwood,.

He is survived by wife of 39 years Linda, sons “Perry” Wayne Underwood, Jerry “Allen” Underwood, grandsons Jerry “Naylor” Underwood, Wesley “Reagan” Underwood and a large extended family.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Special thanks to the staff of Encompass Hospice.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1 pm until the time of service.
