What a wonderful day for our community on Saturday, December 13th! 🎉
We loved being part of the parade and with some of our Charlie Battery family. Our Soup Cook-Off Fundraiser was a success, and we are so thankful to everyone who came out to support it!

A very special thank you to Mayor Roxie Hall for generously donating the soup toppings and water for our soup tasters — your support means so much to us and helped make this event even better. ❤️

🔥 Tomorrow’s the Day! 🔥

We’re so excited for the Charlie Battery 2/142 Chili Cook-Off!
The Square Gathering kicks off at 9:00 AM — it’s packed with fun things to do and amazing vendors to shop from!

Our chili teams will be setting up early and can’t wait to show off their delicious recipes — come cheer them on and grab a bowl!

🍲 We’ll start serving around 10:30 AM
💲 $10 per bowl (includes a bottle of water)
🌶️ Toppings include: shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream, jalapeños, Fritos, and/or crackers!
🎟️ 50/50 Raffle
🎯 Games for the kiddos

Bring your family, friends, and your appetite — it’s going to be a great day on the Square!
