🏊‍♂️ McGuffey Park Pool Reminder 🏊‍♀️

With pool season in full swing, please take a moment to review the pool rules.

A few important reminders:

✅ Pool keys are deactivated when HOA dues are unpaid or covenant violations remain unresolved.

✅ Please do not allow anyone to enter the pool area without their own active key card, especially unsupervised children.

🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the pool area.

🍺 Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the pool area.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult who is present at the pool.

The pool is a community amenity that we all share. Homeowners are encouraged to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment by respectfully reminding neighbors of the rules when needed.

The pool is filled and swim ready!

This scooter went missing from the playground yesterday. If your kiddo came home with one please reach out so we can get this back to its owner.

Pool Party Update

The pool has been drained, cleaned, and is being refilled. We will post another update once it’s full and swim ready!

The pool company is working hard to prepare the pool for our scheduled opening tomorrow. Although the opening date was planned months in advance, we unfortunately experienced several unexpected delays, including issues resulting from an improper winter closing.

While we are still hopeful the pool will be swim-ready tomorrow, we wanted to give homeowners a heads up that due to these circumstances, along with the potential for poor weather, the opening party may need to be delayed.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, as well as those who have reached out with kind words and offered to lend a hand. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

Come help us get the pool ready for the season! We need a hand:

Power washing chairs
Setting out furniture
Putting up canopies

Neighborhood Garage Sale 📦

This year McGuffey Park will hold 2 weekend garage sales, coordinating with our neighboring community Hillstone to help boost traffic!

Friday April 17th and Saturday April 18th
Hillstone, Ozark OC, and McGuffey Park

Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd
Hillstone and McGuffey Park

🎈🎉We are looking for a group of 4 or so volunteers to join and run our party committee. The party committee would help with this event by decorating garage sale posters/directionals for both weekends, putting them out, and taking them down! The HOA will supply the material! We would love to see a party committee come together for this and future events, such as our pool party, trail or treat, and other events the community may host in the future!

Exciting Updates This Spring!

Beginning April 1, 2026, the McGuffey Park Homeowners Association will be partnering with a professional management company, HOAMS.

With 25 years of experience in professional HOA management, HOAMS will help support our community in several important ways:

Homeowner Communication
HOAMS will provide a more consistent and timely way for homeowners to get assistance. Residents will be able to reach out by phone or email with questions, concerns, covenant-related matters, and community ideas.

Pool Key Management
HOAMS will oversee our pool card system, helping create a smoother and less stressful experience.

Dues Payments
Homeowners will be able to create a portal account to pay dues, view invoices, and access lot information.

Financial Management
Professional financial management will help McGuffey Park build a stronger system for planning future community improvements and supporting neighborhood events.

Homeowners will be receiving an email from HOAMS soon with additional information. We are excited about this next step and the added support it will bring to our neighborhood!
