We were thrilled to join Children's Smile Center to cut the ribbon on their fantastic new facility in Nixa. This beautiful new office will provide an elevated dental care experience for children on Medicaid and their families, and will serve as the organization's new operational HQ. SMCC was honored to partner with CSC on this expansion, and we look forward to the many years of service it will provide for Christian County and SWMO families. Congratulations!

Wishing Anna Evans a happy 5-year ANNA-versary 🎉

Anna is a Missouri Certified Economic Developer and plays a key role in supporting business growth across Christian County, working directly with local business owners to connect them with the resources and education they need to grow and expand.

She has been instrumental in SMCC’s success, assisting with grant writing and helping secure more than $3.2 million in funding, while continuing to advocate for local businesses and communities and support development projects across the county.

Big news for Billings families! 🎉 Starting in Fall 2026, Monday School Camp (Wildcat Camp) will launch in partnership with the City of Billings, Missouri, offering full-day Monday childcare and special programming for Billings R-IV School students in grades K–6. OACAC Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation will help build partnerships to bring in special programming, working alongside City staff who will be hired to run the School Camps and coordinate activities throughout the year. More details and enrollment information will be available this summer ☀️
