Join the Ozark Police Department at Finley River Park on July 30 for an action-packed, FREE event designed to spark your curiosity and showcase what it takes to be a real-life hero. "Hero in Training" is for children aged 6-14.

Please join us in thoughts and prayers for our neighboring county's first responders, their families, community and all involved.

Our Taney County 1st Responders don’t hesitate when answering emergency calls. Unfortunately while responding to a house fire yesterday, 2 Forsyth Firefighters were injured. Their condition is stable and we ask that you join us in praying for a speedy recovery.

Remembering Deputy Adams along with The Christian County Sheriff's Office and our community.

Today, we pause to honor and remember Deputy Michael E. Adams, who was tragically killed on June 30, 2025.

Deputy Adams dedicated his life to serving and protecting the citizens of Christian County with honor, professionalism, and compassion. His commitment to this community, his fellow deputies, and his family continues to leave a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

While one year has passed, the loss is still deeply felt. We remember not only the deputy who wore the badge, but also the husband, father, grandfather, friend, and teammate whose legacy lives on in the hearts of those he served beside and those who loved him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Springfield Fire Department, the injured firefighters, the juvenile rescued and those still missing. We are grateful for the courage and selfless service of the first responders who risk their own safety to help others in moments of crisis.
