New product screening from the Campaign for Healthier Solutions shows that “it’s not that hard to find a banned ingredient openly listed on product labels in the dollar store beauty aisle.” The good news? Dollar Tree has made new commitments to restrict PFAS, formaldehyde releasers and other toxics, facing pressure from shoppers and safer cosmetics laws at the state level.
