Southwinds Neighborhood Somos todos voluntarios ademas de ser vecinos en el area entre Saviers Rd. a J St y Pleasant Valley a Hueneme Rd. en OXNARD, California

Southwinds is located from Pleasant Valley Road south to Hueneme Road and from Saviers Road west to South J Street. Included is Southwinds park which offers two playgrounds, a basketball court, a baseball field, plenty of open area, horse shoe pit, and bbq areas with benches, and a restroom facility. Also included is the Southwinds Youth Center, hosted by PAL. The Oxnard Recreation Department also

is host to the Pre-School to you at the Southwinds Youth Center, which is a free service. Southwinds also includes Art Haycox Elementary School which is part of the Hueneme School District.
