Tomorrow's the day!

Meet the crew behind Get Off The Couch: the grant writer who tests the durability of local shrubbery, the finance guy who keeps both our books and our bikes running, and the elder millennial who somehow ended up in charge of Instagram.

These are just a few of the volunteers who will be onsite all day to answer questions, point you in the right direction, and help make your day a great one!

Still thinking about joining us? Registration remains open. If you can't attend, register for virtual participation or consider making a donation. Every dollar raised helps us get more kids off the couch, outside, and into activities that build confidence for years to come.

We love bikes for the adventures they create, the confidence they build, and the freedom they give kids to explore the world around them, but more than anything, we love seeing kids get outside and get moving.

Whether it's on two wheels, two feet, or a snowy trail, every outdoor adventure is a chance to grow, connect, and build confidence. Here's to more time outside 🌲

May is both Mental Health Awareness Month and National Bike Month — a pretty perfect combination if you ask us. 🚲💚

Research continues to show the powerful impact outdoor recreation can have on kids’ physical and mental wellbeing, from reducing stress and anxiety to building confidence, resilience, and connection.

That’s why creating access to the outdoors matters.

Every ride, trail, and outdoor experience has the potential to change a child’s future.
