We have our first "need" of the season coming up this coming Saturday, from 9-11 AM at the farm (2554 Cemetery Road NW, Oxford, IA 52322).

We're excited to share we've planted our apple tree orchard, but those little guys need some TLC—namely, affixing them to support wires, putting protection around their trunks, and mulching the rows.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to of Iowa Women's Golf for all their help last weekend as we prepare the fields for the season ahead. We hope the ladies enjoyed the process as much as we enjoyed having them!

We’re launching a new volunteer initiative at Fields of Faith—and it couldn’t be easier to jump in.

No experience needed. Just show up during the week, grab a task, and help us grow food for families across Johnson County.

Small weeds. Big impact.

With last weekend's harvest we hit our goal to harvest and donate 20,000 lbs. of fresh produce to area churches and food pantries. That equates to 50,000 meals right here in Johnson County where 1 out of every 6 kiddos wrestles with food insecurity.

And NONE of that would have been possible without all the support from our partner churches and volunteers!

With that in mind, we're hosting our first annual volunteer appreciation event on Friday, September 26 - hope to see you there!

Once healthy, these trees will generate 234,000 apples over the next decade - all to help people right here in Johnson County, where 1 out every 6 children wrestle with food insecurity.
