Junior Auxiliary of Oxford, MS, founded in 1989, represents a serious endeavor by women to serve and be a vital part of the community in rendering charitable services which are beneficial to the general public, with an emphasis on children. The Junior Auxiliary of Oxford shall serve the children and families of the Oxford-Lafayette County area, including the Oxford City School District, the Lafayette County School District and the University of Mississippi.

Applications for our 2026–2027 Provisional Class are officially LIVE! ✨ We are excited to welcome our next class of exceptional, service-minded women who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

Applications are open now through July 3, 2026. Visit our website to learn more and apply: www.JAofOxford.org/membership

As you complete your application, we encourage you to take your time and answer each question thoughtfully. We want to get to know you, your heart for service, and what draws you to Junior Auxiliary. Meaningful, detailed responses help us learn more about each applicant.

*To be eligible, you must: 1- be at least 25 years old, 2- have lived in Lafayette County for at least 1 year by July 3, 2026, and 3- be able to pass a background check.

We can't wait to meet the women who will help us continue serving the children and families of Oxford and Lafayette County. 💙

Have questions about Junior Auxiliary of Oxford? Come meet our members, learn about our chapter, and see what we're all about.

While this provides a general overview of membership, there is so much more to the JA experience. From Camp Sunshine and Crown Club to community projects, fundraisers, leadership opportunities, and lifelong friendships, Junior Auxiliary offers countless ways to make a meaningful impact right here in Lafayette County.

If you've ever wondered whether JA might be a good fit for you, we would love for you to join us. Bring a friend and come learn why becoming a member is one of the best decisions so many of us have made.

Camp Sunshine 2026 would not have been possible without the incredible women who poured so much time, energy, and heart into this weekend. ☀️💛

A special thank you to our Camp Directors, Olivia Maxwell and Victoria Madary, for the countless hours spent planning and creating such a fun, safe, and meaningful experience for our campers.

We’re also so thankful for our amazing JA members who served as overnight counselors, along with all of the volunteers who helped throughout the weekend. Your energy, enthusiasm, and care made Camp Sunshine such a positive and unforgettable experience for these girls.

What a special weekend and a beautiful reminder of what JA is all about. ✨

Camp Sunshine 2026… what a weekend. ☀️💛

That’s a wrap on another unforgettable Camp Sunshine! From nonstop laughs and new friendships to games, activities, and so many special memories, this weekend was an absolute blast from start to finish.

We are so thankful for our incredible campers, counselors, volunteers, and supporters who made Camp Sunshine 2026 such a success. Seeing the confidence, joy, and friendships built over the weekend is what it’s all about.
