Camp Saginaw Alumni & Herb Cohen Memorial Fund

Hi all,

On behalf of the Saginaw Alumni Reunion Committee, and in collaboration with Camp Saginaw, I regret to inform everyone that we have elected to postpone the 2021 Saginaw Alumni Reunion to 2022. While we likely would have been able to throw the reunion in some capacity, it would not have been the reunion that many are accustomed to. Therefore, we have rescheduled the Saginaw Alumni Reunion to September 16-18, 2022.

Please save the date and spread the word! We have already begun planning what is expected to be the best reunion yet, filled with very long-awaited hugs, campfires, softball on Game Field, singing in the dining hall, beer-pong on Hill Court, and so much more; and will benefit the Herb Cohen Memorial Fund (HCMF) to help send underprivileged youth to camp each summer. For those that have already registered, your registration will be rolled over to the 2022 reunion. For those that have not yet registered, registration has already begun at the following link: https://saginaw.campintouch.com/ui/forms/application/person/App. In the meantime, be on the lookout for communications from the HCMF for ways to stay connected over the next year leading up to the 2022 reunion! Hey Saginaw Alumni, we all know how tough a year it has been for everyone (we couldn’t even have camp!)

The Herb Cohen Memorial fund is expecting that there will be an increase in scholarship needs coming in 2021, so if you are capable this year, we ask that you donate any amount you can to support our mission of providing Saginaw Summers to as many kids as possible.

Hopefully 2021 will be much better for everyone and we can look forward to the Alumni Reunion at Saginaw on 9/24/2021.
All donations are tax-deductible, so make sure to get it in before the end of the year. Thank you for your continued support in this trying time.

Saginaw Alumni,

Get excited - the Herb Cohen Memorial Fund will be hosting a trivia night for alumni aged 18 years or older on August 13th at 8 PM EST! The trivia is multiple rounds and spans general knowledge to camp knowledge. Make a group (any size up to six) with your friends or play solo to compete for some exclusive Saginaw Swag for the winners!

We sincerely hope that all of our fellow Saginaw Alumni are staying safe and healthy during these difficult times. Due to uncertainties as a result of COVID-19, the Saginaw Alumni Reunion Committee has chosen to postpone the 2020 Saginaw Alumni Reunion to 2021. Please note that this was a decision made by the Saginaw Alumni Reunion Committee in order to achieve the best turnout for the event, and is not related nor has any impact on the upcoming summer at Camp Saginaw.



We are pleased to announce that we have settled on a date for the 2021 Alumni Reunion, which is now scheduled for September 24-26, 2021 at Camp Saginaw. Please save the date and spread the word!
