Our resilient 2009 Boys, under the guidance of Coach Emilio and Coach Steve, exhibited unwavering determination in Round 1 of the Alabama State Cup. They clinched a thrilling overtime victory, triumphing 1-0, and have now earned the privilege to compete in the final four in Foley, Alabama, with their sights set on the prestigious title of State champions. This remarkable journey is a testament to their dedication and a shining example of the heights they can achieve.

JSU Indoor Season Registration is now open!

Registration Deadline: 11/22. Please register promptly.

**REMINDER:** Indoor Registration closes on 11/20.

**Registration Link:** [JSU Indoor Season Registration](https://system.gotsport.com/programs/80376Z158)

All players must complete registration and payment to be added to a team roster.

**Leagues:**
- Male and Female Leagues
- JV: 7th-9th graders only
- Varsity: 9th-12th graders (7th and 8th graders are recommended to join the JV League)

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 6 games, with schedules designed to minimize travel. Out-of-area teams will play 2 games on scheduled days.

Teams are formed based on the high school attended, and arrangements will be made for individuals without a team.

Our aim is to develop players and prepare them for the upcoming high school season. Please note there are no standings or awards for the league.

**Cost:** $80 per player. Each team is guaranteed 6 games (provided enough players show up). Games will not be rescheduled due to lack of participation. Note: A 5% credit card finance charge applies for credit card payments. All payments are due by the registration deadline.

This is an excellent opportunity for players to improve their fitness and ball skills before the high school season begins. We are aiming to have both Varsity and JV leagues, open to 7-12th grade students. Players will ideally compete with their high school teammates, but we'll assist in forming teams for schools without enough players.

**Tentative Game Dates:** Dec 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, Jan 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, and 14th. Teams will not play on all of these dates, but each team will have 6 games.

Each team must find a coach/manager who is not affiliated with their school.

Registration closes on Monday, 11/20, and schedules will be available by Saturday, 11/25. The first games will be on 12/2.

Teams will play 5v5 in the Varsity league and 6v6 in the JV league. JV league players must be in 7-9th grade, but they can also play in the Varsity team. However, 10-12th graders cannot participate in the JV league.

Message to our Local Business Owners:

For AFC East, currently in Oxford, Anniston, and Rainbow City, there's nothing more crucial than nurturing our local sports teams.

AFC East provides students aged 6 to 18 with a secure platform to embrace physical activity and foster connections with their peers.

However, our ability to continue serving our community's youth relies on valuable partners like your esteemed company.

Would your organization be interested in becoming an official team/club sponsor?

In return, AFC East would proudly showcase your company as our sponsor at matches and tournaments. This partnership would significantly boost your organization's visibility, reaching parents and the broader community in northeast Alabama.

AFC East is flexible and open to various levels of partnership, and any contribution, no matter the size, will greatly support our soccer program.

If this proposal excites your company, we invite you to reach out to us at [email protected] or via our page messenger.

Thank you for considering this exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our local sports community.

Sincerely,
Jared Payne
AFC East
