National School Lunch Week Is Almost Here!

School lunch has nourished students for generations. Since the National School Lunch Act established the National School Lunch Program in 1946, school meals have continued to play an important role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

This National School Lunch Week, join ICN in celebrating the school nutrition professionals and school meal programs that make school lunch possible every day. Throughout the week next week, we’ll highlight resources, recipes, and more to support and celebrate the people behind school meals.
