The Oxford Area Ice Hockey Club shall promote, foster, and improve amateur youth ice hockey in the Oxford Area High School and feeder schools population for charitable, educational, and recreational purposes. The Oxford Area Ice Hockey Club shall work closely with the Oxford Area High School athletic department to be recognized as Oxford Area High School's ice hockey club for varsity and junior va
rsity sport affiliation purposes. To further these purposes, the Oxford Area Ice Hockey Club shall endeavor to:
A. Promote competitive ice hockey as per the policies and rules of USA Hockey. Develop hockey skills of players in grades 7 through 12. Field teams on the High school, Middle School, or any other level as designated by the Board of Governors. Improve and promote the social, mental, and physical welfare of all participants of the program. Provide youth athletes with instruction and coaching in the sport of ice hockey in an environment of good sportsmanship, fair play, and safety.
